AlphaSuit Custom Clothing Concierge Service
There are two options to purchase custom clothing with AlphaSuit: by visiting our showroom or scheduling our custom clothing concierge service. The goal of AlphaSuit is to make made-to-measure clothing affordable for young professionals and men and women who simply don’t want to spend a fortune on their clothing. One of the KEY reasons AlphaSuit clothing is offered at significantly lower price points is because our clients come to us to purchase and pick up their clothing. Also, if any alterations are needed, which is a normal part of purchasing custom clothing, clients are responsible to go to a local tailor to have the adjustments made. This eliminates the time and travel it takes for us to do all this legwork ourselves. We pass on the savings in the form of lower prices.
We recognize that some clients are too busy or live too far away to come into our showroom. Therefore, AlphaSuit is excited to offer our concierge service where we come to you and deliver your custom clothes to you when they are ready.

Here’s How It Works

You will need to call us at 614-208-5313 or click here to schedule a concierge service appointment at your location.
- There is an additional surcharge of 10% applied on all clothing to cover the time and money associated with traveling to your location for the initial appointment, fittings, trips to the tailor if any potential alterations are needed, and final delivery to you. If you live a considerable distance away from our location additional charges will apply based on travel.
How the Concierge Process Works
1) Book your visit
Call 614-208-5313 or request an appointment online. We’ll confirm date, location, and goals (work wardrobe, wedding, event, etc.).
2) Style consult & measurements (on-site)
We review your fit preferences, try a fit block if needed, and take full measurements. You’ll choose your fabric, lining, lapel, buttons, vents, monogram, and other details.
3) Order & timeline
Your made-to-measure order is placed. Standard delivery is typically 3–5 weeks (rush available on request).
4) First try-on & fine-tuning
We meet again on-site (or at the showroom) for your try-on. If tweaks are needed, we coordinate alterations through a trusted local tailor.
5) Final delivery
Your finished garments are pressed, checked, and delivered—ready for the boardroom or the big day.
